If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Victoria has been the most awesome realtor finding me and my partner's new home. She aggressively looked for properties from the first day we started looking and has been on top of all the paperwork and made sure we got the best deals when closing. She is extremely thorough and took care of everything for us explaining very well and walked us through each step. She was very easy to get in contact with when needed and answered all our questions as everything can get a bit overwhelming for us first time buyers. I would highly recommend her! She's the best!
As a first time buyer you have tons of questions and may not know where to start but Victoria is always friendly, patient, and willing to answer your questions. She was on top of all our appointments and necessary paperwork. Effectively communicated without making us feel overwhelmed. Has great rapport with other agents and is persistent when needed to get things done for us. Wonderful experience all around!
Victoria helped us get a great family home. She had insights into available properties in the local market that ended up being very beneficial to understand different neighborhoods and school systems. The transaction was a bit difficult due to a difficult seller/sellers agent, but Victoria did well in managing interesting personalities. We thank Victoria for her good work!
